La Tour Cafe - Pearl City

The food was okay it wasn't really bad. I just felt like it didn't have enough meat. And it was a small Sandwich for the price. The services was really bad. I walked in whith my husband and he ordered for me. And I sat down on a table i got up because I wanted to add fries to the order. And the girl kinda ignored me and just keeped looking at my husband to see if he approved of the fries. Anything i tried to add she would just ignore me and wait for him to tell her to add it even though i was talking to her and telling her what to add.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

Delicious macaroons and the spinach mushroom melt and french dip were terrific too! Our first stop for a bite to eat upon our arrival.

I had the chicken pesto panini, with spinach. The sandwich was very good, it had lots of flavor. The bread was grilled just right, this is definitely a good sandwich. The fries are very flavorful, perfectly cooked (fried) seasoned well.They're known for their macaroons, I haven't had one yet......but I eventually will. The case is full of them with bright colors and as tempting as they may be, I haven't tried them. I'm sure they're pretty good. I will definitely be back, nice spot for lunch to pick up some good food!

They refused to serve me because I only pay in cash or USD which to my knowledge is still legal tender in America. Their reason for not taking cash is because of Covid restrictions. To my knowledge the Covid restrictions and emergency declarations are over. Anyways they lost a customer and probably several more after I tell friends and family about my experience.
