We went on Saturday evening. It was not packed at all. But the service was not good nor the food. We wanted to sit at a certain table have the curtain open but the waiter who was sitting us said the couple across the room didn’t want the sunlight on them. Wow. Anyways we just moved to another bench. Then I told him we were ready to order he said we would have to wait because he was just helping the waitress out he didn’t want to step on her toes. I mean in my mind I’m like does it matter??? The order gotta get taken regardless. So we had to wait to place our order. Chips salsa were not the freshest. But we were hungry had to wait even longer to place our order. My cup was not clean. I had specks of food or dirt in my water. So when it came time to place our order, we wanted to get the dozen order of tamales but the waitress said they don’t do that anymore I asked why is it still on the menu then? she said they just haven’t taken it off yet but I saw other stuff on the menu that was crossed off. So that didn’t make any sense. We get the food my tamale was cool/warm. I told the waiter he said “well it should be hot because it’s been under a steamer” I sent it back they brought out a warmer one. That one was a lot better. I asked the waitress for some more salsa she never brought anymore. I had to stop another waitress ask for some more salsa. She brought out some more with more chips they seemed to be fresher than the first batch. they also charge a service charge just to use your debit card. Despite the reviews, I wanted to give them a chance. My kids were content. But they need to do a whole better.

Fajita chimichanga was delicious. The cheese dip was great. Service was prompt, and the staff was friendly.

I rate the tacos I had a 3 only because it did not taste bad. Two of my tacos had more lumps of fat than pork meat. I put the Verde salsa on one of my tacos and almost forgot I had put any. Not much flavor in the carnitas. I tried the red salsa on my taco that is usually served with the chips and a can of tomato sauce came to mind not salsa. Now, I can say I liked the rice. It was not dried out. The host was kind and sweet. The atmosphere was nice. I was excited after coming in and being greeted but became disappointed with the food.

We ordered takeout tonight. Our happy plates barely had anything in the To go boxes. very plain. Half a container of cheese dip for the topping. Just wasn't worth 45$.
