Wow. What happened to fast food? We waited 15 minutes for our food. This seems to be the normal for fast food places. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich Combo

Went through drive thru after the typical supper time after 6pm. Waited 20 minutes after My order and two patrons in line ahead of me. The second one of those people only ordered a drink. I was really hungry so I turned off my vehicle and waited and waited. This is not the first time I had to wait more than a few minutes here over the course of this past year and years prior. Breakfast in the morning is only better because of the fact they do try to have enough staff on shift for the morning rush. This way of doing things is common practice everywhere now and it is unacceptable and shows lack of basic effort , we're not even trying and it exposes the management and corporate leadership to much deserved ridicul and anger from patrons who are spending almost twice as much for less and less at these fast food restaurants.
