Wendy's - Peachtree City

I went through the drive thru during the dinner rush for a baconator (I had forgotten to ask for no cheese) and a young man with long hair at the window was very kind and remade it for me. I’m glad to see a more positive night staff lately. Thank you!

Great customer service ?. The drive-thru team was on point and the young man who was the cashier was very friendly and courteous. Good job ? ?

Seven of us went inside with no employees in sight. Tried to use the kiosk, but was unable. Once an employee showed their face, she told us that she wouldn't take our order at the counter and that we had to order from the kiosk. Unfortunately, one of us was able to get an order through, but asked for a refund before the order was made. Was told that he couldn't get a refund because no one knew how to do it. Even the manager. Worst service I've ever seen or experienced.

Purchased large chili and very minimal if any meat was present. Basically got a serving of bean and tomato soup. Seems as if chili was not stirred before serving , chili scooped off the top collecting only what was floating at the surface of the pot ?
