Bidra med feedbackAvoid them if you can. If not, plan to spend 15 minutes in the drive thru. The staff is nice, but the service is molasses slow on a cold day. And most times the food is almost cold. At this time you don't even want to deal with it... My experience though
Tried to order 2 chicken nugget happy meals and a plain cheeseburger happy meal. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait for nuggets so I ordered 3 plain cheeseburger happy meals. They were loaded with onions and still had ketchup and mustard. They left out the apples and missed 1 of the 3 chocolate milks. I highly suggest checking any order thoroughly for mistakes. This was not even rush hour. I was 1 of 3 cars.
Hello McDonald's, I visited your restaurant this morning at 7:47 a.m.. I can't thank you enough for the 8 minute wait even though there was only my car and one other car , and more than anything I'd like to thank you for the very cold apple fritter. Extremely horrible. In line 30 minutes. Totally messed up my order and used my money to pay for the person behind me in drive through. The girl who took my order blamed me. I told her I saw my order on the screen with the amount. The manager told me they would not serve me. The girl who took my order was rude and lack any professionalism. No motivation, I put a complaint in on hotline. They also had a kid running around in the cooking area without mask. Right next door is chick 4 lay, go there instead.
I'm one of those rare adults who really like McDonalds. The staff in this are very nice, and really my review is only with how long it takes here. I don't know why the car line is so slow every day.
