Highland Bakery - Peachtree City

Was in the area of Peachtree City/Tyrone and it seemed impossible to find vegan options, let alone vegan breakfast options everywhere. This sweet café and bakery is definitely not oriented to vegans, but it is the only place in the city that had a meal on the menu very specifically labeled vegan (one side of either grottos or potatoes comes with the Tofu Scramble, but be careful the grottos are not vegan Lol). I want other vegans to know that this is an option and your non- vegan friends/family will be able to have tons of options. Apparently their baked goods change every day and they sometimes make vegan things.

The tofu scramble is the best vegan breakfast in town. It's well seasoned accompanied with delicious spinach, peppers, onions, and potatoes. (I enjoyed the side of avocado on top soysage on the side! Some of the best restaurant coffee I've had in a while (no soy milk, but they DO offer oat almond. . The staff was incredibly nice efficient. It's obvious they see their patrons as people and truly enjoy taking good care of them. Thank you, Friends Table! [Yes. That's their new name.

This cute cafe and bakery is definitely not geared towards vegans but it’s the only place in the city that had a meal on the menu very specifically labeled vegan (a side of either grits or potatoes comes with the Tofu Scramble but beware the grits aren’t vegan lol). I want other vegans to know this is an option and your non vegan friends/family will be able to have tons of options. Apparently their baked goods change every day and they sometimes make vegan stuff.
