Taco Bell - Payson

Only one guy seems to be working while the rest seem to be lazing about. Apparently when in an interview they make you tell them how to wash their hands through a step by step process so detailed that if you forget to say turn on the sink you get called out for it. I lost brain cells listening to this and the 40 minute wait for my meal didn't make it any better. They should be taking a lot more things seriously instead of washing hands. Their speed needs serious help and the only thing they seem to concern themselves with is handwashing.

It's amazing how inconsistent the kitchen is. You can get something one day and you get it the next day and it's a completely different experience. One day your chicken quesadilla will be perfect, The next it won't have any chicken and the cheese won't be melted and it'll be too much

I love Taco Bell, so good every time.i wish they would bring back the old school favorites though like chili cheese burritos, enchirito, Mexi melts. Hopefully this gets to the corporate office so they know what the people want ?

Don’t eat here i was depressed lettuce was nasty the cheese was so old it wouldn’t melt soggy hard taco cold chicken even the soda had a flat taste all they talked about behind the counter while we ate was about some girl getting it on with employees in back I’ve never been so disgusted in my life shut this place

We were pretty surprised that you HAD to place your order either on the kiosk or through the app. Employees would not take orders. The women's restroom was out of order. Had to use the men's restroom and it was a mess! The dining room didn't have any clean tables. The only saving grace was the food was the same as other Taco Bell's.
