Maverick Cadillac Ranch - Payson

I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking down the street and decided to give it a try since it was nearby and I really enjoy BBQ. I ordered the chicken wings and ribs, and there was plenty of meat left on the bones for both dishes! The wings were crispy and the hot wing sauce was incredibly flavorful. The ribs were cooked to perfection and had a fantastic taste when paired with the sauce. None of the dishes were overly smoky, which I appreciated. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The ribs are absolutely delicious, whether you choose them with or without sauce. I highly recommend starting with the smoked chicken wings as an appetizer—they're fantastic! The side dishes are also great, especially the mac and cheese, which was particularly tasty.

I loved all the smoked meats, which are made in-house in their own smoker. They offer three different types of BBQ sauce, and the prices are very reasonable, especially the martini. It's a quiet spot that more people should definitely check out!
