I? the drive threw a lot and always enjoyed the quality of their food. But we went in today and I was so impressed. It is so clean and well decorated. Definitely one of the better Beto?s in Utah County!

I just set a star because the rice was good, but we paid almost 40 dollars and waited a long time and I ordered enchiladas CHICKEN and only got cheese in it not even melted and I ordered a side of rice and never got it. Probably never come back again

I want a refund. A few minutes ago, I stopped here for lunch. On the menu was a combination for two cheese enchiladas with rice beans and a drink about 8.50$. I ordered two cheeses Enchiladas with NO RICE AND BEANS OR COMBO only alacarte in the hope that this would be cheaper. You didn't tell me the total number of speakers and before I could ask him the price on the window, the checkout snored my card. They also do not do the transaction in the window, they take original card away from the window, so who knows if they could take original information. When he gave me the reception, there were 9 FREAKING DOLLARS. more expensive than for the combo. the receipt did not even have an item list of what I bought, only the price they wanted to calculate me. When I came home, no cheese was melted and they were COLD. I live a block away. So fast aren't they cold? plus the cheese was not melted so I know they don't even try to warm it up. Please give me a refund.

We go to Betos quite a bit. We had received some coupons in the mail, one specifically for 25% off an order of $25+, so we decided to go for breakfast. We got our order to $32 so we could use the coupon and then when we got to pay, the worker refused this specific coupon as well as any other coupons without any reason. The coupon was valid, we were within the parameters, it was for this location, but still refused the discount. If you're planning on using the coupons you get in the mail- just know they probably won't let you.
