Arby's - Payson

The food has been consistent. I've been happy with the quality that I've received. Rarely if at all does my food come out messy or mishandled.

I don't know what going on but every time we have gone to arbys and order beef and chedder sandwiches we always end up with classic roast beef sandwiches last night was the same ordered 6 beef and chedders and one 2 where right rest was classic roastbeef

I don't fast food very often but Arby's is one of my favorites, great variety, fair price

I went through the drive thru...I was the only car. Took forever to get my order after I paid. Drove home to discover I was given the wrong order. Drove back explained I was recently in the drive thru and was given the wrong order. The manager spokewith employee about another order that was wrong then looked at my ticket to see how much time had elapsed and told them toremake my order. I told him I wanted to make my order a meal. They charged me the difference which I paid...however I feelthe fries and drink should have just been comped for good customer service. I spent more in fuel driving the 10 miles to getwhat I ordered.

If you go in the service is great. You get everything you order. It's clean and friendly. However if you go through the drive through some employees seem bothered and rude or rush. Then you have to check carefully because you don't always get the rightorder and when you do you're missing items.
