Papa Johns Pizza - Pawtucket

Worked here a while ago they use to drop pizza on the floor or food and look and pick it up and serve it ive seen this happen multiple times or they would shake customers soda they don’t

Very rude cashier gave my doordash(i’m a driver) to someone else and wouldn’t take the blame. she then proceeded to tell me there was nothing for her to do about it so when i called the customer who did not receive that order i was told there was nothing she could do and it was already gone. very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized business. new management definitely needs to be put in place.

Food was great delivery was above and beyond expectations I ordered their about a year ago bad service bad food but I figured I would give them another try and it worked out for the best a complete turn around from the last time I ordered... From last night's service highly

Your usual Domino's style pizza joint. Feels more corporate than anything. Not my first choice but in a pinch it's the one for

Food was not ready for plan ahead time....they made the pizzas at least 20 minutes in advance plus because that is how long I waited before even being acknowledged. Then made the wi gs for my order when I got there. Asked for extra pepperoni on both pizzas....barely any at all. Some people just want the check instead of actual work
