Sone Hibachi - PAWLEYS ISLAND

Great Lunch and Good Price! I ordered and devoured the Filet Shrimp Hibachi Entree and it was delicious! My steak was cooked a perfect medium, and the shrimp were seared just as like them to be, slightly golden brown. The rice was cooked perfect and the vegetables were cut to a perfect size. The cashier was polite and friendly. I highly recommend Sone Hibachi! If you are looking for a laid-back, casual, local favorite spot to enjoy lunch or dinner then try this place!

Unfortunately, the hibachi filet and shrimp dinner was sub-par at best. I ordered the filet rare it was beyond well done. The shrimp were so overcooked that they were extremely chewy. The rice veggies were good, but too much rice not enough protein or veggies for the $6 price increase. I'm hoping that with a little more time open with new owners chefs, they will get the hang of hibachi food Sone will once again be a Pawleys Island go-to. The staff is fantastic the interior upgrades were much needed look lovely. Overall, not a horrible experience one that is easily corrected.

Amazing atmosphere with incredible service. Since they re-opened it’s been my favorite place. Food is great and super speedy.

The best Hibachi round, fast and delicious. Large portions and a great value. The Filet and Scallop Entree was so good and I had half for lunch the next day. The vegetables are a variety, more than just typical zucchini and onions. The bowl is also a good option, rice, protein and egg roll and drink included. Wife and man work so hard every day.
