Every time I shop or eat at the Sulphur Braums, I am pleased with the food, service, and or groceries.Please keep up the good work!
Drive thru lady constantly touching her face nose and itching behind her ear .....the floor needed to be swept , latex gloves and napkins seemed to be ' walked over 'at entrance to kitchen from dining, food from kitchen on floor,my son stood at the counter and every worker that walked by him never even acknowledged him to let him know that someone will be right with him ....manager looked sloppy ...I seen NO ONE wash there hands..... banana splits had way too much chocolate syrup ,,,,they need someone to constantly cover the register for ordering ......with great customer service .....these kids need to learn great work ethic being there first job most of them ....customer service is high priority no matter the place of business......ok thank you
First impression of this place was “dirty”. We almost walked out but seeing as we were in a semi truck and parking options are limited, we decided to take the chance. Big mistake. There were no “adults” working. Just a bunch of young teenagers. Who clearly hate their jobs because we had to listen to them complaining about it while we ate. I asked for no onions on my burger, as I am allergic to them. It said on the receipt, no onions. Well there were a a ton of onions on it. The fries were too salty to eat. Had to clean our own booth to sit down and eat. Saw an employee stuffing a random napkin back in the napkin dispenser. There were no ketchup cups or straws. The ice cream behind the counter looked like it had melted and re-frozen. Some were freezer burnt. Overall terrible experience. Which is disappointing because I love Braum’s burgers and fries.
Loved the burgers but they didn't have lactose free cheese ?
