New to the restaurant business in Pau Cyrille and Emily have used their talents to create some of the best food we have ever had. The restaurant is an absolute must! A little hidden gem well worth the short walk from the castle. We cannot make enough positive comments. A

We were three British couples who thoroughly enjoyed the great classical French dishes served in this new restaurant, just a 10mn walk from the city center....next to the arthouse movie Le Melies. We were warmly welcomed by Mme M, from China, who spoke excellent English and French...Highly recommended, we'll return soon.
