Bidra med feedbackThe sanaga is closed, ben thin then!!! working in african and knowing their kitchen, it is not a big loss for me. It is roborative, fat with as main spice the knorr broth or magic and chili to hide the gustative mediocrity of the dishes. After I have a little bit of trouble to extasier me in front of a braised chicken (brown chicken with bbq), of banana fried with palm oil (and yes dear bobo - main client of African resto - anti-oil palm, African cuisine is overdose of this oil), yam and cassava it is good for "to eat the belly" it is good rice, it takes no less expensive and leather melts. for the map, don't be surprised if it misses half the dishes, it's just part of the charms of the African restaurant. for the expectation that you believed to be interminable between the dishes, it's not them that are slow, it's the white that is always pressed and then you have to defrost the fish or chicken and its takes time. Attention also to the possible scent of frying out of the restaurant, it can be quite tough.
The sanaga is a small, friendly establishment. I think Cameroonian specialties offer a certain change in meaning, if however we are not accustomed to this African culinary culture. We will regret the absence - at least the homeopathic dose- of explanations about some proposals read on the map; The flavor of a grass, the spices of a sauce can help to choose...A good time, however, with a smile.
For a month, I take advantage of it to discover the restaurants of the city. It starts well with a very good entrance (gambas) but... at the beginning I was alone so fast and pleasant service, barely two other tables installed and it became of anything, half an hour for a dish disguise a chicken thing with lots of rice bones too sticky and a hint of banana mix plantin and vegetables (for me in any case fan of African cuisine), an hour for dessert and coffee said happy dessert I hardly spend two spoons of this famous chocolate marrow has stirred me...I have come out with 37 euros for a meal that doesn't even deserve 20 in my opinion. Hygiene leaves to be desired, the tablecloths smell the mold?!!!In any case, for me an experience not to make
Very friendly welcome. We ate Cameroonian specialties: it was good. Too bad: there were no local beers. So we tested the palm wine.
Warm welcome. I recommend this place to those who want to travel in their excellent price quality plate. a little waiting because fresh products and made on site.
