Cafe Green Eye - Hotel The Panache

The Food was disappointing overall, The live pasta was less then desirable. A few dishes did stood out like the "Chicken Bihari" and the Manchurian. But still a lot can be improved overall

What is a restaurant? You call this fine dining. In this city .. restaurants don't understand service. 1. At 6:45 pm , I am told I cannot be served anything as it's too early .. and I must wait. 2. By 7 , ordered a pizza ( which was c ordinary by the way) and then asked the waiter to get me food from their 1st floor restaurant spice court or some thing ( plz note they had already denied me service on the pretext that some cleaning was going on ) 2. Asked them to give me a sizzler brownie ( which had a green symbol for completely vegetarian) but by default that contains egg.. so whys there a green symbol next to it. That also at a supposedly fine Dining restaurant .. and mind you this is the 2nd time it happened when they made this vegetarianism goofup... 3. Irritated by their behaviour i didn't feel like having anything more there after that pizza ... so I paid them with a 2K note and gues what the waiter tells me... plz give change !!!! With a frowning face ... It was heights .. one goes to a five star, pays a premium to avoid all such trivial hassles and this is what you serve ... Absolutely pathetic ... this city disappoints almost always ...

Gosh!! we had lunch here What a ride it was ....all downhill. Served us well because we chose the Buffet lunch here praying to get some quality amidst quantity but what is not to be won't be . Prayers dashed. To be honest Green eye has a lot of fares to offer , but as you proceed to taste one dish after the other, a tasteless realisation dawns on you ...it's as if the chefs were on a game of spoilsportsmanship with kadhai paneer having gravy of mixed veg and roasted cauliflower being perfectly boiled yet not exposed to dry heat at all. No need to turn green about or even turn an eye to this Green Eye unless you want to eat what you don't want to. P.S. not commenting about decor or ambience because you know , it doesn't even try to show up in those departments.

Nice buffet .. good option for business travellers with wide variety of dishes... overall good value for money... Sweet dishes made to perfection..
