Dunkin' - Paterson

Really disgusting place. Owner needs to clean the place. You also need workers to have a sense of urgency and work well. They treat people as if they were poor or begging them for service. Clean the place, treat people well, or simply leave Paterson. There are better places for coffee.

My experience at this Dunkin Donuts was pretty good. It's a smaller location, but they do have indoor seating. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the hot chocolate. The coffee cake muffin was delicious as well. However, they were out of what I was looking for, which is why I can't give them 5 stars.

The prices are way too high, and the quality is quite poor. Additionally, the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired.

If you're an early morning commuter, this Dunkin' is undoubtedly the worst in the Paterson area. It feels like they don’t prepare until just before opening time. They open at 7 AM from Monday to Saturday and at 8 AM on Sunday, but every time I visit shortly after they open, either the coffee isn’t ready or they're still preheating the oven, which means there are no hot food options available.
