Bourbon Bbq Catering - Paterson

My family loves Bourbon BBQ! Food is fantastic and always quick service. The garbage plate is the way to go!

This place used to be dubbed as Clixes in the past, serving as a moderate-class local fast-food grill. With a new title and a heavily renovated background, the menu has expanded with many more types of choices. Due to a small space of the area, seating is somewhat limited, so this place might not always be suitable for in-restaurant catering or partying.

Discovered this place through Groupon. Went for the Garbage Plate. This place knows B-B-QUE and that doesn't come often in the part of the country. Lots of sauce options to suit the regional B-B-QUE preferences. Very attentive staff. Small restaurant with limited seating so be prepared to wait during peak times. Take-out is always an option. Limited GF options but enough to make sure you do not leave hungry. Dessert is a must. While I don't eat it I could tell the deep-fried Oreo was delicious!

I know my BBq and this is GOOD! Rib fell off the bone, brisket tender as butter. The sides are delicious and yhe special sauces topit off.

I just went there for lunch with a Co-worker and the food was amazing! They have a nice selection of sauces, all the way from sweet to spicy. Thank you so much for the great lunch!
