We want to share the memorable experience we had at your establishment, on arrival the warm welcome was really appreciated the service was excellent throughout our stay, I take my hat off to the staff and management for there excellent service,the food overall was great,I will without a doubt recommend this establishment to anyone, we will definitely be back without a doubt , again great thanks to the management and staff we had a blast . Had a lovely impromptu dinner after Sundowners at Cape Columbine. What a find. Beautiful restaurant, excellent friendly service, view amazing, cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Dear Abalone Spa Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment on Saturday, June 10th, 2023. My husband and I had booked a massage and sauna session, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were asked to fill out a questionnaire form, which we did. The therapists then asked us if we would like a scalp massage and what pressure we preferred. While we appreciated the attention to detail, we were disappointed with the overall experience. The room was very cold, and we noticed that the heater was off. We were given heater blankets, but they were not switched on either. We were also informed that the massage beds were old and not working properly. Despite informing my therapist that I was cold twice, I was only covered with two towels and later given an extra blanket. However, my feet and upper body were still frozen, and I was very uncomfortable throughout the massage. The therapist also seemed inexperienced, and I could barely feel the scalp massage that they were raving about. We were given a 10% discount on the service, but it did not make up for the poor experience. We also booked the sauna, but it was not turned on in time, and we had to leave without using it. We were informed that the electricity had tripped, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the same song was played on repeat for 60 minutes, which was very monotonous and did not help with the relaxation process. Overall, the experience was not great, and I have no color in my fingers, which indicates that I am drained instead of energized. I urge you to improve your management and ensure that clients' comfort is a top priority. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary measures to improve the experience for future clients. Service: 1
