Customer service training needed or new management to show how Tim’s work properly.

Krispy Kreme cancelled our large 11 dozen order 40 minutes prior to delivery. We called this Tim Hortons and they did a wonderful job of quickly getting all of the doughnuts ready within 40 minutes for pick up! Really amazing service! Thanks for going the extra mile for our associates at DHL supply chain!

Ran out of eggs at 10 AM. So when they offered to put sausage instead I accepted. Only to find out when I got home they didnt give me the sausage that they offered. These people are always messing up orders and not giving parts of orders

They can’t make a coffee I get a large 4x4 and they never add sugar never have any food ready and the wait just to get someone on the speaker is insane the whole staff needs
