Ox-b’s - Pataskala

Edit: I spoke with the District Manager, Kevin, and he went above and beyond in correcting the mishap. I’m satisfied with the outcome of this and am excited to give the new chicken sandwich a try. I have heard nothing but great things about it and am going to give it a try this week.The food use to be fantastic but then the last three or so times I’ve been there, it was cold. Then the last time I was there, I never got my food. After waiting for close to 45 minutes I go up to the counter and ask about my order and they say it never got sent back to the cooks. I tell them to cancel my order and I’ll go next door and get food, so I don’t have to wait any longer. They said they would cancel my order and refund me but it’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not gotten a refund. I refuse to ever eat from this place until they refund me. This is coming from someone who would eat at least twice a week there.

We did a group order for work and it was great. I ordered a side salad and wrap. Ate the salad and was too full for wrap. Highly recommend.

If you 're not going to Ox-B 's for chicken ... why, though?! Food is always, and I do mean always, in point! The sauces are delicious. The salads are consistently very fresh. And don 't be fooled by the word tofu on the menu. That tofu they serve is amazing. Very high caliber joint. Everything just tastes good, and the service is flawless. Even my 5-year-old loves it.Vegetarian options: Tofu is ??

The price for their chicken wings is absolutely absurd. $17.50 for 12 wings?! The food is good, but I can't justify spending their prices for pretty basic entrees (salads, wings).

Their wings are awesome. They have the best homemade pork rinds!!! The waffle fries are perfect and the staff is always very helpful.
