Mcdonald's - Passau

We were there for five and everything worked wonderful. A small error occurred, but it was corrected immediately. All in all, it was a great stay.

I ordered an app last night 5 minutes before the evening. The employee was still extremely friendly.

Nice McDonald's. It is clean and the staff friendly. Burgers are okay. Parking is limited. There's a table service, great. Also a beautiful outside area.

Very dirty in the place. Dirty tables, all over the ground napkins and food residues. When I wanted to buy coffee and cake at the pie stand, the service did not want to serve me, but sent me away to other cashier where queue was with several people. Only when I insisted on being served at the pie stand was my desire fulfilled. But it turned out that the lady cannot serve the cash register and had to ask her colleague how it is. Then she could finally use the cash register. Unimaginable! Unfortunately in the branch near Spitalhofstr. similar bad experiences. There, a branch manager didn't know what a coupon for Doublepack McMenu is and didn't want to sell it to me on the grounds that there is no such thing as it's too cheap for 2 menus. Only when I asked for an email address from the restaurant owner, everything suddenly worked. But does it really have to be like that? In any case the staff is very incompetent. Too bad. Training for customer communication urgently needed!

Today they really impressed me! Super nice and accommodating! And that's right at noon, where normally a lot is going. Hardly waiting time, all delivered as desired. Go on!
