Jumbo Grill - Passaic

The service was terrible. Went there yesterday, I ordered pescado y camarones al vapor con guineitos . It taste like it was boiled in water. The guy made me wait more than 30 minutes to serve my food. The place wasn’t packed, it was only 2 people there already eating. He didn’t hear when I told him that I was going to eat at the place, so he served my food to go. The trait that he served me looked like a fish and shrimp vegetable soup that’s how much water was inside the trait. He gave me the trait without the guineitos, I had to remind him again my order. I was so upset. It tasted disgusting. When I went to go pay for the food, he charged me $24.00 when the lunch dish was only $12.00. I asked him why is it $24, when the price says it’s $12. He replied back saying, “we charge you for the avocado “. So he finessed me for $12 dollars more for avocado. Terrible Service, Terrible experience. Never again will I go to this place. If you decide to go, make sure he doesn’t finesse you for a higher price than what your order normally cost.

Food is usually good. They have a big selection of food and price is not bad.

Whenever me and my wife were sitting at one of the tables the cashier would keep on looking at us weridly and when were about to leave I caught the cashier looking at my wifes gyat. Also as we were walking out the cashier asked for a bite of the food and said that he wants some of my wifes gyat. He would then keep on biting his lip and when I walked up to him to question him he went for a kiss. But he lokie is kinda bad so I wouldnt mind.
