Bidra med feedbackOrdnete double paprika got only a single order. Was not even started after the pickup time. No one in the lobby when I passed almost 5 minutes. Pizzas where the oven was lined. Commented to cook 're the only one that no driver takes a 30 . Like pizza hat but this pizza hut.
Just ordered some pizza from the store, absolutely terrible service. Didn't add the extra pepperoni like I asked, my order took over an hour to get here and my pizza was almost cold when it got here, the cheese had already started hardening. On top of that the driver was parked outside my house for about 3 or 4 minutes chatting with some random person while I was standing there waiting for my pizza. I complained to the manager, instead of apologizing she insisted that it had the correct amount of pepperoni, eventually telling me if I didn't like it that I could leave a review, so here I am. Rude service, late, cold pizza, and they didn't even make an effort to try and make it right. Will probably never order delivery from here again.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I’m currently still waiting on my order after an hour of waiting. I called and the young lady offered me a drink/dessert. Which I didn’t want. I get that the driver is busy however their time notifications need to show that. The lady hung up on me which I don’t really care (people here are rude) but I am extremely upset that I have to wait and hour and thirty minutes. I do not wish to be a Karen however there needs to be some common curtesy. Places are short staffed and overworked totally understandable. Though I’m never ordering here again.
4 Attempts to use my daughters earned coupons for her individual pizza and only 1 success. I am not a “the customer is always right” kind of customer, but I do believe when a business falls short on performance that there should be a certain amount of bending to at least attempt to accommodate. It appears as though the employees including the manager are provided a certain set of tasks to achieve, but are incapable of making smart business decisions. Hoping it is the perception of the apple and not the tree in the line of thinking used. Here are two of our 3 bad experiences: yes, spaced apart- because without my daughter really pushing to cash in her reward, I would not return 1st encounter: Called in at 4:10 pm and ordered a pizza for my daughter who earned a free personal pan from her school. The employee I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and said no problem when I shared that I would be there at 5:15 to pick it up. My phone starts ringing while I am driving following my leaving work... about 5:10... it was the same Pizza Hut employee calling to tell me they had run out of personal pan pizzas and she was sorry. I told her that, as I explained earlier.. that was my daughters dinner and we lived 30 minutes out of town... so to have something ready and I would be there in 5 minutes. I got an immediate call back from Chris the manager who again apologized and said that they can’t anticipate how many personal pizza they would run through in an hour. My answer to him was, well- if someone had ordered a pizza, wouldn’t you set that one aside to insure it would be there for them when they came to pick it up... initially he offered no remedy, but once I arrived there and argued how out of whack the unfolding of the events that led us to that moment were, he gave me a pan pizza at a discounted rate. Just wondering ... how many individual pan pizzas dough wise make up a say... medium or large? Think outside the box folks! 3/3/18. 11:11am This time following running errands in town with my daughter. We together walked in to Pizza Hut to utilize her pan pizza coupon. And was immediately told that they had no personal pan pizzas available because somebody didn’t do their job and that the dough for the individual pizza just came out of the proofer ? and couldn’t be touched. How is this my problem... you are open for business I was told it would be at least 45 minutes. Please keep in mind that bellied up to this counter attempting to collect her reward stands my 6 year old hungry daughter... wanting to hand this man the coupon Again, I talk to the manager Chris, who came over to reiterate exactly what the employee was told to tell me following my prompting the employee to go ask the acting manager a.k.a. Chris that if we turned in the personal pan pizza coupon which has a dollar value to it to some extent, if he could cut me a deal on another pizza. Mind you it’s just after 11 after running errands with the anxious now craving pizza six-year-old standing in front of him. And there was zero results, zero compromise just an apology and the option to wait at least 45 minutes before he could touch the DOUGH. These people need serious training and policy changes. That is terrible customer service! Hey... people didn’t do their job shrug sorry. Unfortunate for them, I had family coming into town for a party the next day 17 of us and decided to keep it simple the night before... guess what we got for dinner? Yes, pizza Guess who didn’t get our business? Yep this place .
I got a late delivery and got promised a free pizza. I called for one, but was told to wait till tomorrow without being assured my coupon was still valid. Of course my coupon expired the same day my pizza arrived late. With a tip. Thanks pizza hut.
