Gallery Vask - Pasig

This was one of the most impeccably orchestrated culinary experiences I have had in recent years, and hands down one of the best tasting menus of my life. The chef and their team did an incredible job of showcasing the various regions that inspired each dish. The flavors and presentation were exceptional. My personal favorites were the octopus and the beef dish. I highly recommend this restaurant! (Although, I suggest they improve their billing process as it took longer than expected to pay for our meal with a credit card.)

This excellent restaurant has a great ambiance and serves high-quality food. It is one of the few places in Manila where you can truly enjoy a meal. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely return. The only minor issue was the timing of the courses. One course was not even finished before the next one was served. We politely asked for a slower pace that would better suit a restaurant of this caliber.

What an gastronomic experience Gallery by Chele is! Been here twice for the 9 course extravaganza paired with cocktails and both tines have been thoroughly impressed by the high quality of the service, food and drinks and establishment. The menu is constantly evolving and takes...into account seasonal produce as well as looks at fusing Spanish and Filipino cuisine, incredibly succesfully as a matter of fact! Make sure you book early for the 9 course as you will need the time to properly enjoy the meal. Apart from the fantastic food and drink, the service was amazing with all wait staff knowing not only the ingredients of each dish but also what inspired the chef to create them! If you are looking for a fantatsic restaurant experience, definitely don't miss it!

Different world transform once you enter an old building which has a steep upward scale going to the parking lot . We didn’t get the main studio which has another occasion ongoing. We ended up in a studio lab. Well spaced for health protocols. A...degustation experience follows. Cuisine fusion in bite sized portions well plated. Feels like there is an artist chef in the kitchen whipping up various delicacies. Wait staff would explain the dish that arrived in your table. This should be experienced at least once in a lifetime of a consummate diner. One thing , keep an open mind when partaking each of the courses. For next time I wish to get the Spanish menu. Its the one that made it popular in the first place.

This resto as i remembered it... used to be vask... and it was a long time ago when we visited this place... so when we went here a few days ago... i was surprised to see a new resto equally stunning as the vask... and...it was Gallery by chele... for a resto to be operating within the GCQ parameters and still come out with beautiful dishes is simply amazing... our compliments to the chef and the staff... food to discover for me are the jamon croquietas, paella and the dessert burnt cheesecake...
