Bidra med feedbackVisited buffalo wild wings on Friday night at 18:30 o'clock. we were the only people in the restaurant. it took 15 minutes to give us a menu. we ordered 30 pieces and the food came in 25 minutes, as they said. but they forgot that we had to deliver half our drinks and remind them. the wings came and they were half the size of what I got in the past in the usa. at a price of 20% over the usa. we asked for a coloring book for the child and it took over 30 minutes to 1 page with 1 crayon. the wings lubricated well and my beer was cold. but the staff looked angry that we were too demanding
I go to this place with my wife and friends regularly as we live close by. What I really like is that the staff are very friendly. Excellent service overall. The prices are on the slightly higher side but it's you have the Bistro card you get 20% off anything you consume so that helps.
Had dinner with friends and family at Buffalo Wild Wings which was also a double birthday commemoration. The place was clean, well lit, spacious and littered with huge televisions playing sports events. We were a big group but was accommodated well and comfortably enough. There was even a small nook where kids can play video games, which is a big help when the kids start getting bored and the grownups are not yet done exchanging stories. Because it was a happy get together, we didn't notice if the orders took a long time or not. It did not matter at first since everyone was exchanging pleasantries. However, when we wanted extra orders throughout the meal, we seemed to have to exert an effort to get the attention of the servers. This is considering that we were a big party and seated right in the middle. My friends who have been there before said that they are usually attentive. So maybe they were really rushed off their feet that night we were there. Ok. That's not so bad. Then came the birthday greetings. There seemed to be a few that night who were there celebrating their birthdays. Our table had two celebrants. The first one was greeted with the usual fanfare like the others. The second one, well, it was almost like an afterthought. It was a bit embarrassing for the celebrant as this greeting was not like their usual. It actually would have been better if there was no greeting at all. That would not have been so glaring.
Went here for dinner and sat the bar in hopes that it'll be more convenient. The table is soaking wet and no-one handed us the menu, we had to ask for it! Everyone seemed like their busy trying to look busy and can't be bothered by customers walking in. We ordered and served salad without utensils like heeeyy!! Are you expecting us to eat with bare hands? Ordered Red label; they gave us tall glasses and our fingers get wet everytime we stir our drinks! Ridiculous. Food was okay, but service is awful. We literally have to ask for EVERYTHING that's supposed to come in handy or sitting in the table in a normal dining setting. This place is a rip off for this kind of customer service.
There are so many great wing places in the United States that there Buffalo Wild Wings does not stand-out to me but here in Manila it is as close to the real deal as you are going to get. The day we went the place was hopping but they had a very small wait staff but they really did try to keep up and do it with a smile. Not cheap, except the local draft beer promo but a sporty environment with American type bar food.
