IHOP - Pasadena

The menu and the food are reliable and consistent and have received a good variety despite the pandemic and ihop. the personal is friendly and efficient and I can either get in and out quickly or I can read a bit with coffee in the hand until I finish an article and I am ready to go on. I guess ihop.

I really didn't like to be ignored when we arrived together with two other guests who were rude. they treated us as if we were invisible and helped another who came after us, they immediately put him in and did not want to recognize us at all.

I ordered curly pickup, came there a few minutes after the scheduled time and called to let her that I was there. 10 minutes later and nothing so I called again and they brought it out. When I got him, I had to cook the speck again. it looked white and undercooked. I ordered the hash-brown-extra-crisis and they were also underused. not even brown, only a light gold in a small part and the rest looked like they only heated it in a microshaft. very disappointed

It was good that it took 10 minutes to get space and eat delay. overall the service and eating was okay.

Our server Evalina? Was great, she was very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the food itself wasn't up to par as you would expect from an IHOP (we've been to more than a handful). It wasn't busy so it can't be a result of a busy kitchen but it was definitely bland. I tried my daughter's food and my mother's and theirs was as bland as ours. And to top it off it wasn't as hot as it usually is. Too bad
