Starbucks - Pasadena

I came here on two separate occasions where they close at ?6? yet I get here before 5:30 and they?re already closed. It?s pretty annoying to drive out of your way just to find out they closed before closing hours. I get if it happens once but twice already within 1 week? Other than that, their customer service is usually good. The drinks are hit and miss, sometimes they?re great other times they taste like milk instead of coffee.

I stopped in today to pick up some grilled cheese sammich?s and the young girl who helped me didn?t get her name) went above for me after the network for the credit card went down. She didn?t have to do what she did but did it and made me a happy camper. Thank you for awesome customer service! I visited around 10:30am. Thanks again.

They were very welcoming. They fixed my order from hot back to iced, even with the long line.
