The baby backs are excellent. Authentic smoke, he uses apple wood! Pages in a large barbeque restaurant are a must and they are not disappointed here. The blue cheese pecan Cole Slav was written by Rachel Ray. I loved the Mac and the Cheese and the Heidelberry Cornbread with Heidelbutter, which I could eat every day. Did I mention the mushrooms for an appetizer, do a favor and try this place.
This place is awesome. I've been coming here since HS and the quality has only gotten better with time. These days I eat at Robin's mostly when I'm at the Rose Bowl for a UCLA game but coming in was great. Robin was actually on the kitchen floor and looked like he was having a great time. It's good to see an owner as dedicated as he is and a good number of the staff are long time employees too.
Chris was an outstanding waiter/server. He managed a group of 25 people by himself, taking care of orders, drinks, snacks, and our meals. Chris handled everything efficiently and with charm. The food was delicious and served hot. Chris made our culinary experience fantastic. We will definitely be returning!
I love the ribs and burgers at this restaurant! The blueberry cornbread is also delicious. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning.
