La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill - Pasadena

This Chipotle is a nice addition to this area. I'm not usually a big fan of fast food, but every once in awhile ... it's a quick meal. This location is kitty corner to Pasadena City College. It took over the Starbucks location in front of Bank of America. They've done a nice job of remodeling. It has indoor seating, patio seating with umbrellas, and a special outside pick up window with special parking space. Safety protocols were diligently followed by all of the staff, while I was ordering and waiting for my food. Nia was excellent with her customer service. She took my order and alerted me to time and price for the additions in my order. She even helped me order, because I wanted nachos, and it's not on the menu. I found out online that there's a special way to order certain things... It's worth looking online to find out what's available... I watched while my meal was being prepared... Just a short wait, and I was out the door with my chicken quesadilla and my chicken nachos. There's a large parking lot in the back of this shopping area. It's a nice neighborhood to walk in for exercise, after your meal. I look forward to coming back to this location for the good food and service.

I went in here looking for a tostada. Turns out they don't sell them. Dissapointed I ordered a chicken burrito instead. The asian girl who made my Burrito had the look of an over-acheiver. Would she over-acheive and make me a delicious burrito? As it turns out she did!!!! The spicy salsa I selected was perfect with the chicken, corn and brown rice I asked for. In fact my Burrito was so delicious i considered asking her to marry me as i might be able to get delicious burritos for the rest of my life. Great food and great service.

Let?s get straight to the point! The meat, steak, was way too over cooked but besides that I thought the pico de Gallo combo was delicious, and the sour cream cooled down the spices, great cut Through.

The aguas frescas that they have which I love was very low on all four of them.asked one of the employee .he did not even connected eye with me ,I told him he was very low of the aguas frescas and he said that he was going to get them done .I spend more than n half an hour at the restaurant and no one but no one got them done.the worst customer service I?ve ever had.someone from management need to teach this kids working there what customer services is all about.

I was up-charged for extra meet I didn't ask for.... $17 for a burrito only no drink no chips nothing else just a simple burrito for $17. The worst thing is the burrito didn't even have the extra meet they charged me for. It seems then count on you being in a hurry at lunch time in this area to make extra income at peoples expense. DO NOT COME HERE.
