Pretty good pizza in the middle of nowhere. Service could be a little better, ordered in a thin-crust, but was served a regular hand tossed pizza. I used to love this place, the pizza is wonderful. However, lately when we dine in, they have been asking us if you would like to leave a tip. I get my own drinks, my own refills. So, tip for what? If it is bringing out the pizza, I would just prefer you call out my name and I will come get it. It is so awkward to say no, but seriously, what am I tipping for? We have pretty much stopped coming in because of it. Edit after owners response: I changed it to 1 star for that reply.l which is utterly tasteless and tone deaf. Maybe since they are working so hard and making everything from scratch you should pay them for such dedicated service instead of using your customers to subsidize their wages. Was good but they badger you for tips ! EVEN ON CARRY OUT !!! Sad When I go through McDonald’s or any other place to take home food , they don’t ask for a tip !!! Tipping has gotten out of control ! If you’re employee’s survive just on tips then maybe you should pay them better instead of badgering carry out customers ! This is a small town , people here are not rich ! I’m upset because they FORCE you to tip ! When you pay they flat out say are YOU tipping with cash or should I just put the tip on the card !!! They say this so it humiliates you if you don’t tip !!! I only tip when I (want) ! And when I feel it’s deserved ! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
