Disgusting taste and very poor experience. Will never go back to this restaurant to waste an average of $32 per dish. Even RASHEYS restaurant is quite better then this one
Had father's day dinner in the Blacktown restaurant, and it was well below par. For a steakhouse, the steak was quite terrible. The steak tasted like it was boiled. Note, not broiled. That's not a typo. No crusting on the surface at all. I ordered med-rare, not boiled and lightly scorched. Very weird steak. Service was fine; prompt and efficient. The seafood platter was below par as the prawns were rubbery and overcooked. Can't recommend.
This was my first and last time here. Steak was certainly defrosted before being cooked (ordered M, was tough and well done). Service v average with staff barely able to make eye contact and were phoning it in. Whoever’s managing this place need to know a bit about hospitality including how ‘atmospheric’ it is to be sat near their front door which makes a massive loud bang when opened and closed. Plenty of far better places in Parramatta.
Blacktown location is amazing. David was understanding to where we wanted to be located. The food came out in a timely manner. Thanks guys
The location is part of the Eat Street precinct. It was fairly busy and the service alternated between quick and hard to find. We didn't mind that it doesn't serve alcohol as the mocktails were unbelievably good. One thing to note is that if you sit outside, there is a constant stream of people walking past and the second-hand smoke is terrible at times. Otherwise, a good place to people watch. Our steaks were both medium/rare and perfectly cooked. They were huge and they needed to be at the prices they were charging. It would be good if they could provide the same cuts but smaller sizes as an option. My husband ate all of his but I didn't even eat half and I love a good-sized meal. What was leftover became a delicious lunch the next day. The fries were nicely seasoned and there was a good amount. I know you don't go to a steak place for a salad, but I think they could have done better with the side salad. The mocktails were refreshing and although I'd normally have wine or a juice, I was happy to have virgin mojitos all night. On a warm night, they were perfect. Overall, a reliable dinner every now and then.
