Have been here on three occasions with a few other mothers. We always sit at the tables with the stools as there is plenty of room for our prams. The coffee is fantastic and the spinach and ricotta pastries are delicious. There is one male staff member there who is always friendly and helpful.

My wife and I generally go here for coffee. The coffee is consistly good. The food is generally nice but small portions and quite expensive. The chocolate tart is very good. My wife eats a lot of them. The staff aren't too bad.

If i could rate this a 0 i would. Went here with my sister to order lunch. We ordered 2 club sandwiches...half an hour later we were still waiting and people that ordered after us were being served. We asked how much longer our order will be and THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT!! the guy that took the order put it in the finished pile. To make things worse when we said we wanted our money back, we had to wait for new customers to order and then were only given back half our money.. we had to say what we ordered to get a refund. Very disappointing. Noone even apologised..just gave us blank stares! Extremely bad service.

Decided to try Georgie Porgie Cafe at Parramatta, because they have Lactose Free Milk. We ordered two milkshakes - but were horrified & disgusted when they tried to serve us warm milkshakes, from unrefrigerated milk, that was straight from the shelf. Thankfully staff gave me a refund - but I'm concerned at what training they have received, to think that serving a warm milkshake is acceptable?? Surely it would've been a better approach, to say they didn't have any cold Lactose-Free Milk available?
