Who Knows - Parma

Lunch break, I can not speak to the evening bar crowd. Lunch was not busy, plenty of seating. Located in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. They do have a nice patio area to sit at out front. I've tried the chicken taco salad in the past and it isn't much to look at but it does taste pretty good. The shroom burger was barely warm and had no real taste, definitely under seasoned. I do like crispy fries but these were a bit overcooked. You do have the option of doubling up the burger and now I know why as the burger is pretty small for the price. There were problems with the music control, volume was all over the place. The place has been pretty clean both times I've been in. The service was poor today vs average the first time. I'll go back and try something different because of the convenient location.

Do DO NOT GO HERE ! The bartenders ARE THIEFS ! Got a round and paid cash. Gave a 11 dollar tips on a 9 dollar drink order. THEN, got a to go food order. I got a drink while I waited .. paid cash for one beer. Then food came out, put it on credit card. I was leaving with food., bartender told me I never paid for the two beers b4 even after $19 dollars in tips for two beers. WHAT A JOKE ! NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE !

Getting a job there is impossible for employment first I go to Lakewood they lied to me saying there hiring bartenders and now the Parma location has a position covered with no call with me txting them on Facebook.like that's unprofessional and on top of this there a bartender at Lakewood that underage selling beer.this shit ridiculous.

Great service, great food, great people. Love the place. Will definitely return when I'm back in Cleveland soon.

FYI: Nothing on the menu is $2 anymore!!!! Their permanent menu prices are like happy hour prices on drinks, but the drinks are juice. They are also small. So $4-6 on that is not worth it in my opinion. Wine though... that could be a good deal if you wanted that. As for food, it 's just typically priced in my opinion. Paid around $12 for an average tasting burger and fries. Seeing as everything is just meh to me, I can 't see myself going back or going to any of the other locations.
