Starbucks - Parma

Let me begin by saying I’m not a coffeemaker, nor do I get often diets, but today I had to find the perfect “frohe” drink for a friend who had just a great operational refreshing drink for her beautiful man. I have never been at this place after I had fought the traffic to get there, I jump out of my car (because the drive thru line was so long I knew I would need an additional help order) to find the doors locked! confiscated, in the car thru I went. the person was as incredibly patient as I ordered and he explained everything to me and led me with such quality through the unknown. I come into the window to be greeted with a big smile, as I begin to thank him for everything, and he then says: "This drink is on us for her friend who just came out of the operation" my eyes glazed, as I was quite completely surprised by the ease of being from a company franchise.

Great place! good coffee! they just don't put milk in my coffee a few times

It won't surprise me when I arrived here and see negative comments about this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte tonight, and when I run away, they take one swallow, and realize that there is no pumpkin or sweetener, or anything in it. plain as always and tasted terrible because they put the whipped cream up with cinnamon. I turn around and go back to the drive-dru window to let the barista know a young girl with dark hair-drain 't get her name, unfortunately, that there is no short taste in it, and she goes to get an employment with me and says yes, I laughed the pumped and it has four pumps in it. I try to explain that there is 't- there is absolutely no taste, and she looks far on me and says well, then want to pump eight? I'll tell her what I'm saying. I just ran away in frustration. you have to get rid of this person! a terrible customer service and a posture. where did the philosophie that the customer is always right. this person is not suitable for customer service or is the face of diets. I'm a loyal Starbucks client and called and got a $10,000 credit, but it doesn't make for the terrible experience. And to double it, I gave a $5 drink money. she earned 0! I will never return to this place again.

Drinks and service are excellent....worst drive thru set up I have ever seen....for example, the line was so long that it wrapped around the building WITH cars waiting on Ridge road. The people here are wonderful but the traffic in this area is ridiculous.Food: 5/5

It's Starbucks. It's quick and easy coffee to help you wake up in the morning. Not the best, but it's convenient. This location's coffees are not as good as some of the other Starbucks. Their lattes and shaken espressos are decent, but there are much better coffee shops nearby.
