Price a little higher than average and this can be scary, but it's worth it both for the larger size than the usual kebabs but also for the quality. My friend and I ate at this little place on a Saturday evening and we were truly surprised! Gian, the owner is a truly exquisite person; we had the nice to be able to chat with him while we ate our kebab. He is a person who loves science and has every desire to put it into his dishes, innovating every week and always changing the quantities of ingredients to offer his customers the best possible. The kebab is really good, the best eaten in Parma and the piadina or sandwich are made entirely by Gian, so nothing packaged and certainly something that isn't always around!
