Bidra med feedbackWe enjoyed a fantastic dinner including the famous Pesto di Cavallo and other dishes. While food is very good in many restaurants in Parma (and so it is in Osteria), I would like to highlight the excellent service here. The staff is very professional and helpful, attentive and pleasant. Two minutes after serving your plate, they return to your table to see if everything is okay, this gives you the opportunity to order another drink or something else you need. The tables are beautifully decorated. Special cudos for dessert, which was also a visual highlight. Prices are slightly above the local average, but completely fair when you look at the quality and ingredients.
Delicious wild boar ragu! We enjoyed tasting Parma ham and cheese with roasted bread and lemon cake for dessert. Air conditioning inside so it was very comfortable.
The first dinner in Parma will probably never be forgotten. Osteria dei Servi gave us an exemplary and perfect introduction to the foods of the region. The starter plate of cheese and ham was HUGE and gave all three of us a great taste of what to come. For the main dish I got the Pesto filled pasta (forgot the name and it was really delicious and authentic. Your puffy wheat cakes are also a local specialty you should try. If we come back to Parma, we will surely return to Osteria dei Servi:
Delicious food! Would recommend the Parmesan tasting plater, wild boar pasta and truffle risotto. The staff was really friendly and accommodating.
Everything we had was very delicious. Service is tremendous, staff is very friendly. Gnocco fritto (aka torta fritta) along with cheese and ham platter was amazing.
