Bidra med feedbackSo, when you read these reviews and think about where to eat the question is do you want a fancy restaurant experience or do you want really good food of the type you would expect in the locality. If you want the former, this is not your place; if the latter, you have arrived. I am upturned when people say, Oh, I went where the locals eat. Does that make it better? There were plenty of locals at this restaurant and may be some were not locals, but everyone there on a Sunday night enjoyed themselves. At our table we had Ministrone fagiola, pizza with prosciutto and arugula, risotto parmigiana, tagliatelle bolognese and pizza with fried potatoes. The pizzas were superb. Well cooked with that slight burn on the parts of the dough that bubble up. The coup, well, how do they make that stock?!? Fantastic! The risotto rich an the tagliatelle excellent. A nice carafe of wine and all was superb, Oh, I forgot about the orange torte. Don 't bother. Save the calories for another glass of wine. Service was efficient. The space practical. If I were rating on a fancy restaurant scale, it wouldn 't be a 5, but on a good good pizzaria scale, there is no question where it ranks.
We got sent away from somewhere else and was so happy to end up here by accident. We had pizzas and pasta which were delicious, but it was the Parma ham that stole the show!
