Valentina wakes up at 2:30 in the morning to start preparing her delicious homemade brioche, sweet or savory focaccia, little pizzas, fantastic pastries and much more. It 's a small place, but charming and warm. Sit down, drink a capuccino (btw, her orzo capuccino is the best in town! , and enjoy the local Parma life... She also makes great sandwiches for lunch.
I have been in many bakeries in Italy and this one in definitely my favourite. I go there every morning with my colleagues and the pastries are the best! I specially love the croissants with crema and, as a french person, I have to confess they are ones of the best I tried in my life, to my great surprise. All the food is 100% home made with fresh products. Valentina, the owner, is sweet and smiling. The coffe is amazing. The prices are fair. It 's the best moment of my days!
Such a lovely place! We had a wonderful cinnamon role and danish brioche and coffee. We would love to come back some time.
We had breakfast at Latteria 61 almost every day during our stay in Parma, just not the weekend because it’s closed. The food was delicious and fresh. Good coffee. Great, friendly service! The lady remembered us the following days and what we ordered. Highly recommend!
