Rita's Italian Ice And Frozen Custard

Thanks for the fast service, love the many types of ice cream you guys have.

Went to Rita's yesterday after dinner around 9pm. We got 2 large custard bowls that was not even half full. This picture is after eating 4 spoons. As you can see it is not what is advertised. For $6 you should come close to filling the bowl. Custard tasted good but not worth the price if you 1/2 your portions.

Not much of an eat in place as they've only got 4 chairs total at two small tables and one small table outside, BUT!... it's the spot for Italian ice and custard. Lots of fruity flavors. So good

Rita's is the best thing to happen to Italian Ice however the Parker store has completely ruined my entire family's desire for it by employing the rudest staff of ANY place I've EVER been. EVERYTIME I go there I swear I'm never going back again because the staff is so rude. They never smile or say welcome or even ask how they can help. They wait for us to ask for help and then act like I am doing them a disservice by ordering something. They have never once said Thank you when for some reason I still leave a tip and this last time I was holding my 2 year old who was saying hi to them and the one girl rolled her eyes! It's not just one employee in particular either. It's all of them to the point where I think they are trained to act like this. It's amazing how a great product can be ruined by the people serving it and Rita's has done just that! Unfortunately my family is enjoying our last Rita's until we go out of town and find a different Rita's.

Terrible service,the two ladies are very rude, looks like we interrupt their free time never back to that place!
