Qdoba Mexican Eats - Parker

Update: If you are able to go into this store to get your food this is a great Qdoba location to visit. Staff is friendly, food is good and the line moves quickly. However, if you try to place a delivery order from this location through the Qdoba app, you'll likely have your order cancelled, and the communication from the store is less than stellar. I have placed three different orders over the last few months, all at different times of the day, on different days, and for different food, but each time the order gets cancelled after the store accepts it, for various reasons that don't add up. If this store doesn't want to take delivery orders then just update the app options for the store. If the delivery service you work with at this location is difficult, then it's time to switch because they're costing you money. Really like the remodeled store, much more open and modern! Good food, good service, line moves pretty quickly the last couple times I've stopped by. Would recommend! More affordable for what you get here too compared to competitors!

Quality of food has went down.. queso was old and had small cheese curds through out entire queso and quac didn't look too good either... I would not recommend this location. It almost like they could careless about what they're serving people.

Recently tried QDOBA for the first time in Colorado Springs great experience! My wife heard me rave about QDOBA, so we gave it a try close to our house in Parker. She had the quesadilla with brisket, loved it! I had the bowl with ground beef and all the fixins ', good, but not great. The steak option is a better choice, at least for me. At this point, still 5 Star worthy. Staff great, well, except for the manager/owner that came in during our visit. We were the only customers in the store. She came in, walked directly to the register, talked to nobody, walked past us (twice) without any sort of acknowledgement (hi, smile), and left very grumpy. It 's a shame the staff and customers deserve better! Will be back again yes, but only if 'grumpy cat ' is nowhere to be found.

The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and expedient. And the remodel is lovely and feels more comfortable.

I had some asking and the staff and manager were very friendly and answered our asking. that was great and we were very satisfied.
