Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Feedback

Said to wait in the waiting bay, so I did this and lady came out with eating, but stood there, a chat with one of her cumpels, while my eating goes cold

There is absolutely nothing you buy here that resembles the picture above the counter, no attention to detail just slapped together, won't be going back
