Ruth's Chris Steak House - Park City

Always a great experience here for special occasions!

The food was great but I definitely was not impressed with the service. The server knew since we were a party of 7 he was automatically going to be getting a 20% tip and did not do well serving at all. Drinks were empty almost the whole time. They do not split checks into different party’s and they charge a 3% administration fee. Why not build that into the cost of food like other restaurants? That’s a huge turn off. I definitely won’t be back. There’s better places to dine with better service. Also restaurant seems outdated, could definitely use a remodel.

Great food and great service. Steaks were flavorful, but slightly overcooked. We have visited other Ruth’s in different cities and this one is comparable. Two cocktails, one appetizer, two steaks and one side with tip was $255.

Food was pretty good but there was a loud obnoxious lady singing the entire time which is just not the vibe I want when I drop bread on a nice meal. I'd rather have like classical music or no music. This lady sounded like she had a stuffy nose I been to the Ruth's Chris downtown and they wouldn't allow this haha

We had a party of 10 that was confirmed twice. The day of the reservation, someone just happened to call in and found out that they were closed until further notice . Not once did we receive a cancellation or email stating that the restaurant was closed. Scrambling to find room for 10 guests last minute was really fun.
