Powder – Waldorf Astoria Park City Utah

Eating was very uneven. filet was perfectly cooked as ordered, but black laces were dry and hard despite ordered medium. the trout bowl was at best average, and the sauce was cooked with mais hard as a rock.

Attentive service and immaculately decorated and flavored dishes. always a relaxed evening, appetizing or different.

Waiter not attentive to detail, low quality meat hard

We typically dine at Powder for special occasions and are never disappointed. This is a relatively quiet time of year in Park City, but even when dining there in more popular times, the service is always impeccable, the menu never disappoints and the ambience is elegant.

Pretty restaurant; excellent service. Portions were surprisingly large.
