So glad Prospector finally is getting some good, healthy options!! These VEGAN options ROCK!!! This Juice Bar Cafe is top notch. There’s not one item from the menu that I am not obsessed with. I’m a celery juice regular here—it tastes so smooth and even creamy to me. Love the Caesar salad. Love the Sourdough Sandwich. Love the sweet bites. Adorable cozy seating with lots of windows.
