Everything is day-old stale, funky-tasting, odd-smelling left-overs. The new Footlong Churro, Pretzel, and Cookie are pre-made in a factory somewhere and defrosted the night before. They are allowed to DRY OUT in the refrigerator and fast-baked to hotness. When you try to bite into them, it 's like biting a rock. If you expect soft, delicious flavor, you 're coming to the wrong location. The cookie is bland, the churro is inedible, and the pretzel is completely flavorless AND ROCK HARD. Also, who the f ' 'k dips pretzels in MUSTARD? That 's disgusting! Pretzels get cheese sauce, not mustard! Anyway, it 's not the employees ' fault the place is run down and selling old garbage. It 's the franchise owner not caring enough to focus in any way on quality and food safety.
