Traiteur Asiatique Chinois

After a long day I fancied some Chinese fare and this was the closest to me. I fancied trying it out, slightly deterred by the defeated-looking Chinese sales assistant slumped at one of the tables looking out the window. Dishes are sold in strange measures, you couldn’t order a large portion allegedly, only small or medium, and the tubs were filled for you, sealed with plastic and then heated up in a fancy microwave in front of you. Prices shown per 100g but this quickly adds up and I paid €14 for a very subpar meal of caramel pork with noodles and a measly portion of prawn crackers. The woman serving was very abrupt and not particularly friendly. I won’t return.

Si te encuentras cerca de Pigalle, Anvers, y estás cansado de la comida árabe, de los creppes, de las pizzas y hamburguesa... puedes acercarte a este pequeño restaurant chino, atendido por chinos que muy poco hablan inglés. Eso sí, la comida es buena y puede llenarte. Trabajan bajo sistema de peso.
