Sorry service I made my order at 210pm and at 225 got a text out for delivery than almost 2 hours I called and they said let me check on your order left me on hold almost 30 minutes than they knocked at my door didn't bring my drinks and all the food was cold so I called and ask the person in charge and ask them if I got my order that was ready for over 2 hours and she said yes and she said she had other deliveries to I asked her if you had ordered food would you won't it cold she wouldn't answer. She said I'll check on it and call you back but never have called back yet. I wouldn't advise you to buy any food from Pizza Hut in Paris Tennessee I won't ever again. Not good customer service

Our experience was excellent this week. The staff was friendly and nice and the pizza was very good.

Not one, but two employees made sure my order was correct, and complete. Very cordial, and polite. Just wish Pizza Hut still had a place to go in and sit down, miss that.

Didn't get the order right 80 something dollars now I remember why I quit ordering from them
