Legit boulangerie in Paris Texas. Full house at lunch time on Friday. We tried the tomato soup and grabbed a sourdough loaf. Perfect crumb, and crust, the sourdough was old school. I’d love to steal a cup of their levain. My highest recommendation and if you know me, you know that’s rare.worth the drive.

Sourdough was delicious. I did try a few of the pastries, and they were pretty good also. I love small town bakeries. If I ever pass through there again I'd like to try the cinnamon roll.

Love the products but always think twice about going because the service is very off-putting.

What I would call an authentic Paris place, with a European flare and an inspiring atmosphere. Their sourdough bread is fantastic. You can get real cappuccinos, cortados, and macchiatos.

The bakery was super busy could have used one more person at the front to keep the line moving.
