Leon de Bruxelles

We didn't eat crustaceans. Maybe it was our mistake, but they don't have much success in meat and fish. the meat my wife ate was edible in any kebab store in our country. my daughter couldn't eat the fish on the fish and chips plate, which she was quite right because the fried fish had too much oil (not well cooked). The grilled fish I ate was well below our country's standards. service is extremely slow (our orders have arrived in about 45 minutes and invoices in 20 minutes), while the environment is crowded. next to our table were the ketchup boxes that seemed to be out of the truck and the towels of the cleaning company. It is an extremely missed place compared to the mussels we ate for almost half the price in a bistro on the other side of the street the day before. the effects of being a chain sign on quality are felt, especially in terms of service. prices are exaggerated for the environment. We paid 86 euros for 3 regular plates and non-alcoholic drinks. Don't bother.

The léon de bruxelles is worth a visit. good price/performance ratio. we had a huge portion of delicious moules and a 300g entrecôte (import beef)! from the fire grill. the meat was cooked on the spot and tasty as in a steakhouse in buenos aires. the extremely well visited local was well maintained, the tables cleanly covered and flashed and yet attentive operation. the "léon de bruxelles" is an example that you can eat very well in the expensive paris, to catering.

This Thursday, August 17th, we tasted the mussels bouchot, followed by the farandole of desserts.Everything was good, as every year as we come from belgium and would not miss our annual meeting at Leon during our stay.
